Return		 Jo Rice Jo was a marketeer in the charity sector before moving in 2001 into training and development. As a consultant with The Wilsher Group she has worked with a number of blue chip clients including delivery of the commercial change management programme at Visa International. She has had responsibility for the re-design and delivery of the Wilsher START programme, delivering the course at schools under special measures. Jo has developed and written the SPEAR programme which was piloted in February 2003
