Jo Rice Jo was a marketeer in the charity sector before moving in 2001 into training and development. As a consultant with The Wilsher Group she worked with a number of blue chip clients including delivery of the commercial change management programme at Visa International.

In 2003 Jo moved to St Paul’s to implement the church’s vision for a training and development centre in the community.  In 2004 she launched the Spear programme for unemployed young people and now oversees the running of the charity over two sites in Hammersmith & Chelsea.

Jo is surprisingly half-Australian and uses that as her excuse for her secret addiction to Home & Away.
