Nic works as a trainer on the SPEAR team. She has always been passionate about helping young people overcome difficult situations to reach their potential and knew that SPEAR was the right place for her as soon as she had interviewed for the job.

Nic has worked as a Physiotherapist for 8 years. She is a South African born Australian citizen who calls herself a kiwi after living in New Zealand for most of her life. Strangely enough she has no interest in rugby and prefers to get outside to kite surf, wakeboard or snowboard at any possible opportunity.
