Forgiven was the title for our latest creative service. We looked at the things in our lives that we need forgiveness for and who we ourselves can forgive. It was a truly powerful evening with hundreds of people pegging their sins onto a rope during communion, the rope was then slung over the large wooden cross at the front of the stage as a symbol that Jesus died so all of our sins can be forgiven. Dance was used to demonstrate how unforgiveness can twist us into a tangled web of blindness and corruption and a video clip of The Mission was used to demonstrate how we are set free.
