Spear Course

SPEAR is an six week programme for 16-24 year old unemployed young people in West London.  It is a highly interactive course and addresses the most common causes of underachievement, such as the absence of motivation, life skills, qualifications and opportunity.

If you are 16-24 years old and serious about finding the right job, SPEAR could be for you.  The course is free and runs every day, Monday to Friday, between 2pm and 5pm.  It is made up of 3 two week modules that will give you:

• Help with working out what you really want to do and how to get there.
• Relevant work experience
• Well respected qualifications in Selling and Customer Service
• A great CV and an opportunity to improve your interview skills
• Personal coaching with a volunteer mentor.
