St Paul's believes in the ministry of the body of Christ. Every member has a part to play. The staff exist to enable the church to be the church, preparing God's people for works of service and releasing each person into a dynamic missional life wherever they find themselves in London. The PCC is the elected body of lay church members who help the staff to supervise the mission and operations of the church.
