The St Paul’s Internship Programme runs annually from September to August and is a chance for five people to gain a unique experience of life and faith in the workings of a busy London church.
We recruit five interns in the ministry areas of Worship and Communications, Youth, Administration, Children, and Youth and Students. Interns have set job descriptions and responsibilities and are assigned line managers in their particular ministry area. They are also invited to spend time working in our cafe, bookshop and around site. Wider opportunities to experience the diversity of church life are encouraged and we provide a host family and spiritual mentor for each intern.
The interns are housed in nearby accommodation and each week spend one morning taking part in our Interns' Leadership Development Programme, led by our senior pastor, Simon Downham.
