'As 2 Become 3' is a unique one-day course which helps strengthen couples’ relationships as they prepare to become parents.

The adventure of becoming a family is one of immense joy and yet huge challenges. This course will help you to work through the many different adjustments needed in this transition of moving from two to three in your relationship.

Content covered on the course includes such areas as: working as a team, time space and energy, money and possessions, handling differences constructively, sex and intimacy, identifying support networks, changing perceptions of parents, in-laws and friends.

The 'As 2 become 3' course is part of 'Insights for Life', a registered charity committed to enabling couples to manage life changes in a positive and constructive way. Established in 2002 by Bob and Jess Read it has run numerous projects in the community addressing the crisis of family breakdown.
