Join us for our Church Weekend Away in East Sussex. A unique chance to encounter God, get to know new people and get equipped for living out your faith.
Weekend's away are a unique and memorable time where we grow as a community and encounter God. This year promises to be better than ever with plenty of space for prayer, worship, celebration, training and teaching as well as fun and leisure time. If you want to grow deeper in your faith, your relationships, and live a richer, more missional lifestyle than book your place with us at Ashburnham. More information will be released and bookings will open from November 2011.
The grounds of Ashburnham Place extend to over 220 acres and provide a setting of great natural beauty at all times of the year. The area is rich in wildlife, fresh air and space from the big city. The grounds in their present form were designed and constructed in the mid-eighteenth century by Lancelot 'Capability' Brown. He laid out the three large lakes which encircle the house, and built the unique Orangery.

Where will the weekend away be taking place?
We will be staying at Ashburnham Place in East Sussex. We will be offering a variety of accommodation including outdoor space for camping as well as indoor accommodation.
What sort of activities are available?
Ashburnham offers a variety of outdoor activities including:
Football pitch, Volleyball, Swimming area in the lake, Nature trails, Camp fire site and more…
We will be coorindating activities with Adventure Plus.
